Client identified a need to provide
more reliable mortgage loan documentation
while simultaneously reducing cost.
Needed the technical and engineering

Prime staffed and managed the global
product development team, collaborated
with the client’s subject matter
experts, and designed a comprehensive
web-based system that identifies
deficiencies in mortgage
documents and maintains documents
in a repository. Built a rules engine,
created e-shipping system, allowed
for import/export of files in various
formats and provided a client-based,
secured,
web-interface for customers
to access their mortgage documents.
System dramatically reduced loan
processing costs while elevating
the quality of the loan packages
for the resale market. Lenders are
now able to assess their loan portfolios
using the system.Used Spring MVC,
Hibernate, and other J2EE technologies
for web application development.
Used Jboss 4.0.5 as a web application
server. Used Drools 4.0 as Rules

agency, built a client-server application
used in over 50 locations which annually
processed approximately $50 million
worth of
tax refunds for clients. Used Microsoft
.Net Framework 2.0 and MySQL technologies. |

Improve automation of ‘exception’ claims
which currently need human review. |

Used Prime’s expertise with
the PegaRules Process Commander suite
of products to substantially improve
the client’s claims processing
success. Each time an exception claim
was automated with a Pega rule set,
the client eliminated the human review
and realized repeated cost savings,
easily justifying the initial
outlay of automation costs. |
