The “Philadelphia 100” awards recognize the fastest growing, privately held businesses in the 10 county Philadelphia region. Prime Technology Group is honored to be a recipient of the “Philly 100” designation for the year 2008, reprising the recognition that we first earned in 2006. This annual award is given by a consortium of preeminent organizations including the Entrepreneur’s Forum of Greater Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Business Journal and Wharton Small Business Development Center. 

The Philadelphia Business Journal has been celebrating the achievements of young business executives in the greater Delaware Valley for 18 years. The “40 under 40” award recognizes these high achieving professionals with this annual award. Prime Technology’s CEO and co-founder, Sudhakar Goverdhanam, was honored as a “40 Under 40” recipient this year, describing his business strategy as “Focus on core competencies and verticals. Excel in meeting customer needs and ensure employee growth and satisfaction.”

This designation, awarded by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), acknowledges that an organization builds, deploys, and manages processes that reflect best practices. Prime has been assessed as CMMI Maturity Level 3, acknowledging our maintenance of global standards for development processes. This allows Prime to boost our software development capabilities in a staged approach to enhance the quality and productivity of our systems development work.

The ISTQB is the most widely recognized software testing certification in the world. Prime Technology Group is pleased to announce that we have earned certification at the Foundation Level, recognizing the knowledge-based competency of our testing professionals. The ISTQB certification promotes consistent and high quality testing standards across its 40 member countries. We have also been certified as an affiliate of ISTQB, recognizing Prime as an on-site exam center.
